I've felt that way ever since I had kids. Constantly tired. It's gotten worse in the last couple years.

I feel tired right now, but that's due to a busier than normal past three weeks. Been averaging a max of 6.5 hrs. of sleep nightly.

Yeah, pretty much always tired. There's not enough time in the day and I really need a lot of sleep. I think I'd need like 9-10 hours a night ideally to be fully rested. I get 7-8 so I always feel a little run down.
I know I should go to bed earlier but it seems like such a waist of time.

I need an afternoon nap time.

Tired all the time. My head always feels a little cloudy. I was starting to wonder if I was actually getting enough sleep. Happens on the weekends as well. Doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get. Had a physical and the Dr. says everything is fine. I can only recall one day in the last 8 years where I was totally wide awake and feeling good.

I feel pretty energetic ever since I started working out. Today I am a little low (tired and sleepy) because of an upset stomatch.

I'm tired all the time, but that's only because I stay dehidrated (I don't have time to stop during the day to get a drink), and only get about 4-5hrs sleep a day...on an uncomfortable bed (I usually need around 7-8 hrs sleep).

I'm always tired. The problem is I have too much time on my hands and I f**king hate being tired, so I spend way too much time laying in bed tired unable to sleep.

How much sleep you usually get? I feel tired with under 7 hours of sleep usually. During college I never really felt tired b/c I would usually sleep in rather than go to early classes =P But I'm working now so I gotta wake up no matter what, even if I'm up till 2 or later the night before, hence me feeling like I'm about to fall asleep right now.
I usually get about 6 hours.

working hard?

Not constantly tired, no. But I do get just sudden attacks of sleepiness, sometimes several times a day. One minute I'll be fine; a few minutes later it's a struggle just to keep my eyes open. Been feeling like that since I was in highschool

I'm always tired. I need to go to bed earlier because I get up 6 AM. I think I'm getting old. I need caffeine, lots and lots of caffeine.

I know if I don't do something physically active, I feel really tired. Sometimes I just go outside and find something to do just for the purpose of avoiding a nap.

Same thing here! I want to move to Mars or something

The reason this works is because it's been proven that if you're lazy, you'll conserve enough energy that you won't notice that you're tired.

I like this solution.

Now I'm hungry.
