no it does not.
you 'll be lucky to get much over 1200FSB
a few have gotten higher with voltage mods and so on, but this is a cheap reliable board for a cheap set-up.
the best thing to do with this board is buy a cheap E4300 with 800FSB, and overclock to 1066FSB, and be happy with that 24/7.
also mine were very picky about ddr1 ram, some worked some did not and i tried about a dozen different kinds.
I had no problems with ddr2 ram at all, and i tested about 6 different kinds in the 2 boards.
The 4 x PCI-E does limit perfromance on highend video cards like the 7900GTX or faster.
this is a great way to upgrade if you are on a tight budget.
Be sure and flash the bios to the latest, as both my boards were very unstable till I flashed the bios to the latest.
