Im planing on buying a motherboard for my PC

ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Killer Socket 1150 Motherboard (125$)
VS
ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Preformance Socket 1150 Motherboard (118$)

Whats the difference between them and is it worth the extra 12$, Ill be using my PC for heavy gaming,and I wont overclock,Im using an I5 4590 and a Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Tri-X

Cost difference is the Fatal1ty H97 Killer has Killer LAN, M.2 socket, and SATA Express. Other than that they're the same.

Does killer lan really make a difderence does it really prevent lag etc.. or its just a fancy name?
