You've lied several times in this thread, and even after being corrected you still continue to lie. Every time you lie I'm going to call you out.. Same for the others
Lied about what? The only person making up facts between us is you. I've scoured the web for objective assessments from more than 1 professional reviewer while you attack my opinions for not owning this game. You continue to come up with "facts" that are not real facts, like blaming the performance of AC Unity on AMD's FX CPUs or AMD's GPUs when
in fact the game itself is broken.
Here is a 3 minute video of Unity gameplay with cut scenes:

FX-8350 @ 4.7Ghz vs. i5-4690K @ 4.8Ghz paired with
GTX 970 @ 1500 / 7332 Mhz
Setting: Full HD 1080P + All MAX + 4xMSAA
1. FX-8350 @ 4.7Ghz is not much slower than i5-4690K @ 4.8Ghz and sometimes even faster. Therefore, we can safely conclude that FX AMD CPUs are not responsible for the atrocious performance in Unity. While the best FX CPU overclocked won't suddenly match an i7-5960X @ 4.6Ghz, it doesn't matter much since even with a 970 SLI the game can't consistently hit 60 fps, nowhere near.
2. Even with an i5-4690K @ 4.8Ghz, which is faster than your 6-core IVB, the game tanks to 30 fps and is often running at 30-45 fps at 1080P on a 970 @ 1.5Ghz! FPS is erratic and the game looks ugly. This is only at 1080P, not even talking about 1440/1600P where you continue to claim you get constant 60 fps on dual 970s, which is basically impossible.
Keep defending Unity and keep losing reputation on our forums. It's your own choice really.
Just curious... define bombed? Unity's first week was better than Black Flag's in sales.
That's due to console sales. You have the $330-350 XB1 ACU+Rogue bundle, and Sony only now announced the GTAV+TLoU $400 PS4 bundle. It's no wonder the XB1 AC bundle has been selling like hot cakes as it's essentially t
he cheapest XB1 bundle this holiday season.
Then you have the Ubisoft Pick Your Path NV bundle which basically means a lot of 970/980 gamers redeemed this title for free. The actual sales of Unity on the PC are garbage vs. console sales.
Even Valkyria Chronicles sold more on Steam in the first week of release.

Now barely 1 week after Unity came out, it's
way way down on the Steam's top seller's list while older games like COD:AW are still up there.
Here is a snapshot of UK AC Unity sales:
"Assassin's Creed: Unity was the top debut this week on the UKIE GfK Chart-Track chart and reported by MCVUK for the week ending November 15. The game launched in second place with strong sales. First sales for the game were higher than last year's Assassin's Creed: Black Flag. 52 percent of sales for the game were on the PlayStation 4, 36 percent were on the Xbox One, while just two percent was on the PC."

Even if you think that Unity sold 10X more digital copies than reported, that sales performance is still pathetic given how many PC gamers there are out there and how few PS4/XB1 gamers own the new consoles < 25 million. Groover is right that Unity bombed on the PC.
