ASUS A7N8X-E-Deluxe booting problem

I'm having a problem with this motherboard. I keep getting this error when I try to boot up the system Picture of problem I double checked all my connections, I even hooked up another hd with a fresh install of WinXP. Here's the specs. Any help would be appriciated

You need to set up WinXP while the hard drive is hooked up to this motherboard. WinXP is not going to take a mobo transfer very kindly. Hope that helps
