Asus A7V133 and Raid controllers

I would like to run a cdrom and internal zip drive from the Raid controllers while in the ATA100 mode. Is this possible or are those controllers intended for HD's only...Raid or non-raid mode? Anyone with experience in this matter please respond...I've been trying to get a straight answer for days !!!

The A7V133 allows you to switch between the Promise Ultra100 and FastTrack100 via jumpers, so it will be able to use CD-ROMs and Zips with the Ultra100 enabled.
