ASUS K8V SE BIOS flash Failure

Hey all, This is the first time I have ever had this happen to me. The bios flash said failed then the computer locked up on me. Now when I power on I get hard drive activitiy for about 30 seconds then nothing. No picture or anything. Is my bios hosed? This was the 1004 update use ALT F2 at boot
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys in advance.

its a known issue with this board that "EZ-Flash" (the alt+f2 combo you used) and Asus Update (program within windows used to update bios) will completely hose your bios. the only way to get a good bios flash with this board is to download the AFUDOS utility from the asus site and flash it that way. since you are running the SE Deluxe version of this board, you can boot to a good bios from the manufacturer CD and it will fix your issues (see manual for more details). this should get you straightened out and on your way.
