What would be the best memory for that MB?

I have 2 Corsair XMS 3500 sticks running @225 timings are 2-3-3-3-7 cpu is a 3.0 fsb800 running @ 3.39 in DDR 400 dual channel mode. Runs like a raped ape but the memeory won't go much higher.

Hehe raped ape.. Is there much difference between 2-2-2-6 and 2-3-3-7 RAM when you are running that fast?

Yes there is a difference maybe not much but the tighter the timings the more bandwidth you will get. But like you said at these speeds its hard to run those 2-2-2-6 timings (see mrolegs post above), especially when high densities are involved ie. 2 sticks of 512 versus one stick as all the chips on the ram may not tolerate the timings. Its the worst chip on the RAM that will determine the speed it can run. Therefore relaxing the timings ie. (slowing them down) may allow you to run the memory @ higher frequencies. I may try changing my timings to achieve a higher CPU Freq.

Hey Guys,
Next week I plan on ordering My asus p4c800 w/ a 2.6Ghz 800fsb processor. I am thinking of puting a Gig(2 512 sticks) of Kingston pc 3500 Hyper X ddr Ram into this. Will the motherboard accept this ram without any problems b/c it is Non Ecc ram, and this motherboard wanta ecc ram I guess. and Secondly, I want to overclock the 2.6 to atleast 3.06Ghz or 3.2 Ghz I will be puting this into a Thermaltake Xaser 3 that has 7 80 mm fans in it. And on the processor it self I am planning on Puting a ALPHA-PAL8942 w. a Sunon 50cfm 4-pin fan on it. Inbetween the Alpha and the processor im planning to put Arctic Silver III on it. Do you guys think i'll be okay in overclocking and Etc. w/ all the cooling this case and processor will have? and do you think The board will take my ram smoothly?
