Each chat agent deals with multiple people at once. I don't care about the time it takes for them to respond. I'm chatting with them because for a reason.If they don't view what you type as you type it, you'd instead be on the forum complaining how it takes them too long to look up an answer to your question. They're minimizing time that you are not paying them to provide.
The law that states I can do whatever I want with my personal property. What do you know, the agent asks me about what I had typed. Apparently they can see everything you are typing even before you hit enter!

So I had a brand new Asus gaming laptop shipped to me in Afghanistan from Best Buy, and after 3 months, the hard drive dies. So I email their support, and explain my situation, and they basically say, "Sorry, there is no Asus Support Center in Afghanistan, and we would not be able to mail your computer back to you in Afghanistan." I asked what I was supposed to do, and they sent me an email that said, "We advise that in the future you avoid traveling to Afghanistan." :awe:
