Athlon FSB and Pc133 + WinXP Reinstall

Ok, a few questions to satisfy my curiosity...

1) Let's say an Athlon (earlier socket A) with a 200mhz FSB (2x100) is put into a motherboard that supports it and also supports PC100/133. If I put this processor along with PC133 SDRam, what speed will the RAM run at? 100mhz or 133mhz?

2) When doing an Windows XP reinstall (after changing mobo + processor + a few components? all at once), is it ok if I just perform an installation over the current one, 'cos I need to keep the programs/files intact?

1. Depend son the chipset and mobo.
2. Yes and no. You can do that, but it will NOT keep your programs installed.
