ATI AIW Radeon Tuner Question

I have an ATI AIW Radeon X800XT 256MB VC. My question is, do you have to install the CDs that come with the card to be able to watch TV off of the PC? All I want is the updated drivers for the card and be able to watch TV off of it without having all that extra stuff the CDs put on the computer.

Any help?

well the software cd that comes with it has the TvPlus+ guide and such.
so it's probably better for you to install all the goodies.
