I've got a busted video card:

It's an ATI, undoubtedly. The ATI lookup verifies it to be exactly what it's supposed to be - a 9500. And yet the warranty RMA request doesn't have an option for a 9500 - just 9500 pro. So two attempts at sending the request including putting in the message that it's a 9500 not a 9500 Pro, have failed. And I gotta have this damn thing fixed. So what's the deal? I can't find an actual email to send to (just a circular logic trick on the website) and there aren't any phone numbers that seem applicable.
