Holy crap that imperial turned out freaking great. I am dissapoint that it was so frothy that it was a bitch to bottle. I think we lost about 12 bottles worth to foam/overflows. But the other 5 cases worth that we captured is pure stoutly heaven. One of the richest, most flavorful stouts I've had without trying too hard...like some of the Russian style imperials.
