Did that last year. Wish we had gone with the induction range. It was $2-300 more and I was in a bit of a penny pinching mood. Dumb move.

I am not sure my wife has boiled water with our range, ever. I am the cook so I picked all the appliances. But I already told her they won't last as long as the ones we are getting rid of, so I am hopefully covered when they die.

Elevator shaft diving could be a fun olympic sport. Goal is to try to avoid hitting the edges and hit the pool of stagnant water at the bottom.

After the first 80-100 feet, it almost doesn't matter what's at the bottom - you're traveling so fast that the difference between water and cement is nominal. You still end up with a femur in your brain pan.

Apparently there are bridges so high up like the golden gate bridge where if you jump you actually die on impact with the water. Or at least, have a good chance to. There are some stories of people who survived.

Philly cheesesteak pizza this week! Bought some shaved ribeye to make it authentic (and yummy). Went out and purchased a garlic press this morning to make a garlic white sauce for the base. Grilled the steak and sauteed the veggies last night. Toppings: garlic white sauce (base), low moisture whole milk mozzarella, shaved ribeye, yellow onions, green pepper, baby bella mushrooms, provolone.
