Basic security queston

I work for a company that requires certain security settings to be adjusted to allow me access to their website for mostly clerical duties. I was messing around with cmd in my spare time today.

I noticed this configuration

Host name..............: (pc name)
Primary Dns Suffix....: (blank)
Node Type..............: Hybrid
IP Routing Enabled...: No
WINS Proxy Enabled.: No
DNS Suffix Search List: (name of company I have been working for) (name of my ISP)- ((company listed first. ISP listed underneath))

Is this a security breach to my privacy? (I am sure I signed an agreement that makes anything they have done legal). And if so in what ways has my personal computer information been compromised if at all?

I just want to know if my privacy and personal info has been compromised. I know if you use a proxy server then all your info is recorded on the proxy server if that is what has been done that by following the steps to connect my pc to the work DNS. What I thought and think is I am only connected to it when logged into their website. If that isnt true, then I have been transmitting to their proxy server everything I am doing on the internet on my personal pc. Account passwords personal information etc. I did a little research and since they are listed first all my information might go to them first and then through my ISP, but im a novice at best with networking and security. There are several listed settings. But the last thing I want to do is give anyone free access to where I spend my time and what I do online. If I agreed to them doing this, I can just adjust the settings or switch the pc for work to another system. I am interested in knowing if and how much information they might have access to.

There is nothing in that configuration information that would indicate any kind of security breach potential.

Thank you abekl. I only have Internet Explorer configured to access their website so I use Google Chrome because of it. I read the article by Bricked and will reread it a few times.
