Bass Control Software?

I have a set of Logitech 5300e speakers, and my desktop recently bit the dust. I've been using them on my laptop, but my laptop is using a Realtek driver that does not offer any control over left/right/treble/sub, etc. Is there something out there that I could use to control the sub? It's a real kicker, and it's annoying to have to turn down my sattellites so much just because i can't keep the sub loud (stupid neighbors).

Isn't there a bass knob on the back of you sub?

I am afraid not. I know lesser Logitech models do... the volume controller has a sub volume level, and i have it turned the WHOLE way down. The sub is still too dominant...haha

Depending on your media player, turn on the EQ and adjust the lower frequencies.

Usually the sound card has options to turn the bass up or down.
