From my understanding, Batman and Superman has fought multiple times in different stories.

Batman always wins because he is smarter. Superman relies too much on his powers.

Tower of Babel or a brother eye (OMAC) comic i think. if they want to go dark in the movies they can have that comic story where bats catches a group of JLA members mind raping (and leaving as a veg) a bad guy for what he did to a members wife then taking the memories away from bats

also, doesn't ironman's armor have some kind of sonic wave weapon.

Doesnt even need to get ahold of him, he could do it from range.

Any instance of of some lower powered hero beating a higher powered one is just comic drama BS. Its really just WWE style scripting, with the writers using one hero to put another one over. I dont care what DB Batman has on Superman, if Superman wants him dead he's dead. He could level the city block Batman is on from range or using speed. Heck, he could redirect an asteroid from space to wipe out Gotham. Even if you know technically how to beat someone, unless you're on their level it aint gonna happen.
