Battery Rechargers -- $9.99 at Target

Just picked up an Energizer battery recharger for $9.99 at Target. Charges 4 AA, 4 AAAs, or B's. They also had a Ray-o-Vac for the same price. 4 pks of Energizer rechargables (AAs) were also $9.99.

If it doesnt come with batteries then thats not hot since its regular price. A hotter deal would be at costco to get the Energizer 1700mAH 8xAA's + Charger or Sams Club for the 8xAA's + C and D jackets + Charger. Both run for $20 each.

slight correction, Sams sells the Energizer charger and 8 AA batts. Costco sells the Panasonic charger w/ 8 AA's and C & D sleeves.

I just bought the Energizer charger with 8 batteries at Sam's and the second time I charged them, one of the batteries leaked. Energizer said to send the batteries and charger back to them at my expense and include $5.65 and they will replace them. Turned out to be not so hot of a deal. I don't know if its the charger or the batteries or both that were bad.

I picked up one yesterday for the Panasonic packs got from Biglot. Works find but 15 hours is very long. Does anyone know whether Ni-MH has a memory?

No memory buildup for NiMH. NiCads develop the memory.
