I brew my own. Currently enjoying the last of a 80 Schilling Scottish Ale. Just bottled a Lemon Wheat last Monday, & brewed a Kolsch yesterday. It is fermenting away like crazy!
Monday I will brew an Orange Blossom Cream Ale.
Takes about 6 weeks start to finish to be able to enjoy.
1 week in primary, 2 weeks in secondary, 2-3 weeks bottle conditioning. If I had a kegging system in place, I could eliminate the 3 week bottle conditioning.
This should take care of my summer beer supply. 6 cases of awesome home brew.
