Best 19" monitor?

I'm considering upgrading to a 19" monitor. What's a really good, but sub $250 19" CRT monitor?

Depends on what you want,like do you want AG or shadowmask tube ,and do you need it to do 85hz@1600x1200?

The Viewsonic G90FB is a very good 19" shadowmask,specs . also I`ve heard good things about the ImageQuest Q910 specs .

AG wise the Iiyama VM PRO 454/455 are good choices along with the Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930SB .
