Best AGP Card

I need to upgrade my video card without upgrading my mobo and my processor. So basically I need a new AGP video card. What is the best one under $250? I was looking into the 6600 GT but what about this X800GTO?

Either that or a 6800U or X850XT from FS/FT. FYI - The X850XTPE is the fastest AGP card you can buy, period.
