So, I am not sure that Ghost is the best product to use. I have been using Unicast with Ghostcast Server, and changing things such as hostname, printers, etc... myself.
What I'd like to eventually be able to do is run something like sysprep, and not have to deal with machines on a one to one basis. I know ghost corporate does this, but I am looking for other options that might be better.
I'd like a software that doesn't need any interaction on the client side (i.e. boot disk/CD). All PCs are the same, so that makes it easier, all have wake on LAN as well. I don't even care if I have to setup different images for say, 6 different groups. I just don't want to have to go to the physical location and boot up the machine to boot CD. The main use of this would be more for emergency use, such as when a service pack reeks havoc, and there are a 100+ PCs that need to be redone in a very short amount of time?. Thx for any suggestions.
