No, all socket 939 opterons only have 1 HT link. There still are 1xx socket 940 opterons out there. the 2xx and 8xx do of course have 3 HT links as well (also being socket 940)

3 HTTs ARE still there though, regardless of whether they are coherent, operational, etc.
On the X2s there is only 1 total/coherent/operational HTT period.
