I realise there's a LOT of other great 90's music but I'm looking for more in this particular strain - there are a couple I didn't think were 90's (Kansas: Wayward Son, and Right Said Fred: Too Sexy) for example. Any got some others? Think Night At The Roxbury maybe. If any 80's songs (like Shannon: Let The Music Play, Men Without Hats: Safety Dance, Men At Work: Land Down Under, Talking Heads) fit in, throw them in too.

Amen. Probably 1/3-1/2 the songs mentioned aren't from the early 90s. Instead of any individiual songs, I mostly remember the whole 'Seattle Sound' thing . . . when alternative started to become mainstream. I remember a lot of Nirvana, STP and Green Day. Also, that was when Rap REALLY started taking off from still being seen as this small cliche to a mainstream sound.
