Me, I went with Koss. And yes, I heard the SR-80s, impressed with the detail and clarity, but I really liked the bass and mids better on the Koss (seperation not as good as Grado, but tone sounded better).

Sony MDRV700DJ, That is what the Sony girls wore in that ALL TIME FAVORITE Commercial of ATOT. I got a pair. great for normal listening but it hurts after long duration. the LOOKS counts a lot. If you're a geek, get a pair and girls might chekc you out YMMV...... hehehehehe
