Best Motherboard for the Money

I am thinking about picking up an Opteron 146 (2.0 GHz) in order to OC it to at least 2.8, hopefully. As such I need a board that can take me at least to 280 MHz fsb. I've searched high and low but can't find one that gets to this range in 939 for less that 100 bucks (I just need OC stability, no frills that up cost). The LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D's a great board that I've built a system around before for a friend, but $105 is out of my budget this time (starving college student).

So:

~280 fsb capable
pci-e
<$80 (but as low as possible)

There are 754 boards that do this for $40, which is what I'll end up getting if you guys can't provide any good solution. Am I asking for too much? Thanks a bunch for the help.

Great for the money because of the voltage stability, but you already know that

It can be modded to SATA2 and SLI.

The Ultra-D has SATA2 but no SLI but can be modded to SLI.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately the reviews for that board say it doesn't like value ram, and that's exactly what I'll be putting in it. Here's another I was looking at:

I think the new official bios is more forgiving with value ram. If you keep the memory around 400 or so, it should work well. I have used Corsair value ram on a few builds with an Ultra-D with no problems. All those sticks performed great with 2.7v set in the bios.

I should be getting my Biostar T-Force 6100-939 and AMD Athlon 64 3700 San Diego retaill in the combo deal for $137.98 incl. shipping. There is also a $10 mail in rebate on the Biostar board, which could bring the total under $130 shipped. I am hoping it will like my Kingston Value Ram, and am real curious to see how the onboard video works with only 1 gig of ram installed. I don't game that much, but I do like the prices on the PCI-E video cards compared to the AGP cards. Anyway, it should be a nice upgrade from my trusty old Shuttle AN35N Nforce 2 board with the old $40 XP-1700 which has run rock solid at 2.0 Ghz since I installed it. Not even planning to try to overclock the Biostar. Just hoping it will be fast and stable.
