Best new Nforce2 MOBO?

I was planing to upgrade my old system with new Nforce2 mobo's. I have this three mobo's in my mine to go with but I want someone opinion on them. I am going use Amd xp 2400+ with one of this board. Also please tell me which DDR memory good with this boards. Thanks for any inputs.

Asus A7N8X Deluxe,
Msi K7N2 Delta-ILSR or

I am have a Abit NF7-S and it runs great. Love thw sound and the ethernet uses very few CPU cycles.

For Ram I am using PC3200 Geil. I got it at newegg.com. Runs at 200Mhz just fine.

For a CPU I would get either a athlon 1700+, 2100+, or 2500+. Each of these offer the best bang for your buck right now.

1700+ overclock to 166Mhz FSB, 2100+ overclock to 200Mhz FSB, or 2500+ has 512kb of L2 cache and might overclock to 200Mhz FSB.
