Best P4 Heatsink is....?

Plain and simple, I'm looking to get a killer heatsink for my new PC. Noise is not a priority concern, but money is finite. I'm using a P4 on a P5AD2-E and need a heatsink that'll make it like an icebox in there as I'm looking to overclock the hell out of this thing. Suggestions?
