Can you advice me another sites that explain almost everything about hardware that is always updated (and that can be trusted on info)? I prefer sites that explain this issue a little like a book...
Ones advice to me see website how stuff works...

What about the best sites for reviews besides this great Anandtech?

Those are all pretty good sites, granted some do have biases but they will give you good information
