I got a case of assorted flavors of Thomas Kemper sodas, and WOW are these good. They're made from real ginger, honey, vanilla, sassafrass,etc, amd boy can you tell the difference. Here's their website that lists distributors:

there's a soda in Minnesota made by Prison Inmates that's pretty good... can't remember the name though.
