Best software to monitor temps? (2500k)

I just built a new PC with a 2500k with a GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard.

What is the best software to use to monitor the temps of the cores? I haven't done any overclocking yet, but want to make sure everything looks good first. I tried some of the gigabyte bios software, but it only shows the CPU temp and not the individual cores.

What are normal temps for an overclocked 2500k? (Thinking of going for 4.5Ghz).

I use realtemp and coretemp to monitor. Usually realtemp though.

As far as temps are concerned, every chip is different. Mine is around 70C full prime95 load at 4.5Ghz.

If you are on an Intel rig, RealTemp is your best option.

Coretemp is buggy for the SB CPU's and for the non-SB CPU's it plays around with the actual TJMax numbers published by Intel so that you feel good about your idle temps at the expense of being wrong about your loaded temps.

I haven't used RealTemp but I have used HWMonitor and like it. Heck I love all the cpuid products.
