And as for the invisible part at the end I can see what he's doing there. He's almost randomly stacking up the pieces on the left hand side of the screen but leaving a narrow column on the right for any skinny tall blocks that happen to come along. When they do he places them there and they eliminate any lines that happen to form. He doesn't have to do it long, only till the end of the credits scroll by.
