Best way to build ENDURANCE?

I feel a need for more energy in my life, so how should I go about doing it? I'd guess running would be a good start, but should I do intervals, long distance, mix it up, or what?

Stop eating anything with white/rice/corn flour in it.
Stop eating anything that contains added sugar.
Always eat a breakfast.

shazam is right, carbs will get you tired. i used to yawn while running intervals since i had such a large carb intake. try running some 800's, unless you mean long-distance endurance.

Multiple condoms is not a good thing. The friction of the two rubbing together can cause breakage. Better a two pump chump than a daddy. OT but an important public service announcement.

Definitely circuit training. If you prefer to only run, it can still be done. An old standby training regimen for both HS and college wrestlers was to run "circuits" - example of which would be laps around the gym/arena where you run to stairwell in one corner, run up and down the stairs, run to the next corner of the gym/arena, run up then down the stairs there, repeat for the other two corners of the gym. That's one "circuit". We'd usually run 3 sets of 50 circuits each practice, in addition to all the other "torture" (3-3 1/2hrs.). Wrestlers are without doubt the fittest athletes around, only marathoners and cyclists compare.

cxim - don't start on that crap.. I'm on Paxil and Wellbutrin (similar) and I can go for HOURS. The novelty of it wears off after you start to chafe. However, I've gotten no complaints, so...

Start running laps & after each lap stop and do a set of 20 pushups keep doing this for 6 laps. When this becomes easy increase your lap count or pushup reps.

Eating vegetables and fruit are good for you. The only vegetables you should avoid are potatoes and corn. After centuries of genetic manipulation, they are nothing more than carbohydrate repositories that are too quickly absorbed by the body.

Oh yeah, avoid instant rice. It's been so highly processed that it's also nothing more than carbohydrate repositories that are too quickly absorbed by the body. Eat brown rice if you can find it. Brown Basmati rice is even better. It doesn't even taste all that different from normal rice.

Don't eat deep-fried foods.

I can't stress how important it is to eat a breakfast. Just watch out for the cereal. Almost all of them are nothing more than a refined sugar delivery system. Don't eat any cereal with sugar in the ingredients!!
