BIOS Flash HELPP!!!!!

Okay heres the deal, I wanted to update my bios. So I flashed it to a newer version. I think I used the wrong bios and now I have no video. Is there a way to reflash the bios to my old one or somehow undo what I did?
I have a ABit NF7S.
I really hope that motherboard isnt shot because of that.
Any help would be great.

you killed your bios chip.

You got 2 options.

RMA the board to abit & have them fix it or go to Badflash & order a new chip.

Does the machine boot? If so there MIGHT be a way if you make a proper autoexec.bat and tell it to automatically without prompting (if that's possible) flash the proper bios... that could do the trick.

Try to reset the CMOS and see what happens.

If not there should be a Jumper settings on the Motherboard all you have to do is switch the jumpers for 15 to 30 second or 1 minute, and also another way take out your CMOS Battery small round shape on the motherboard.
If you have internet access go to your Motherboards site and find out how and where the jumpers are.
