Bios flash on graphic card

I throw away my flopy about 7 years ago. For mobo bios flas (and also graphic card) I used small (5MB) FAT32 partition.
Well since I dont have any more my small FAT32 partition and even flopy there become a problem.
I have GF 6600. I want to flash it whit Sparkle bios (higer voltage) but how???
Since i dont have flopy, dont have USB boot device....how to do it?
Can I flash from XP recovery console?
Any other way?
