Bios Flash question-How long?

I am in the process of updating my bios on my MSI KT 7, I did everything it said and booted to the floppy. Now it says

Loading FreeDos...
ROOT FAT KERNAL

The floppy is spinning/reading, but it's been running for 2+ hours!! How long should it go on? What should I do if it does not stop?

Any ideas? Thanks!

Depending on the Bios update program, it usually takes a few minutes at most.
I'd re-download the update program and bios update, and try again.

Your flasher isnt starting. Format the floppy (full format, not quick) and do the download/run procedure again.
