At the BK near me they will charge you .10 extra for the lettuce and tomato. I prefer McD over BK except the original chicken sandwich. Besides the burgers are only .29 and the cheeseburgers are .39.

littleman, I understand the point you're trying to make but BK isn't the only company with those types of practices. What do you think happens to chickens when they get to old to lay eggs? Ask Campbells, they'll tell you and they don't care that the chickens that are shipped to them are ripped to shreds.

Where do you guys live to have 29 cents burger at Mcdonald?
All McDonald around my place in Georgia charges 89 cents for a burger and 99cents for a cheeseburger.

It was a year ago when they have the 29cents deal and then 59 cents and finally 89 cents. For me and my family, no more 89 cents burger from McDonald.
