Hello. Two of my users recently began experiencing problems with new computers / lcd monitors, and I'm trying to determine which is causing the problem. Changing the refresh from 75 to 60 HZ on one of them fixed the problem and from 60 to 75HZ on the other "fixed" the other one temporarily. According to the manual, the monitor should not have a problem with either of the available refresh rates. Today, the second monitor began to blink again (the one at 75hz), so I replaced it with another. Additionally, I hooked my laptop up to the potentially faulty monitor and am waiting on it to blink.
The monitor is a 17" Starlogic (who magically has no website (certainly not first choice)) and the computer has a biostar mb with integrated via s3 graphics.
Anyone want to guess which monitor will blink first?
Anyway, any insights into this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Justin
