I'll take frozen yogourt thanks . I'll take a scoop of ice cream once in a while, but many people just don't realize how much calories these behemoths have. My roommate was eating one at least every 2 days. I called him puff puff (he was visibly getting fatter each day) and showed him how much calories he was eating without realizing it. He quit the blizzards and has lost a good 15 pounds alone just by stopping the blizzard binge.
