Hi guys...
We have an exchange server and there is a setting for making all messages "Plain text only" While this appears to have blocked HTML formatting in the emails, hyperlinks still appear.
I have torn up Google and can't nail this down. Can someone "in the know" answer this...
Should "Plain Text only" disallow hyperlinks or is there an additional setting?
Or is this just the expected behavior of Exchange / Outlook despite HTML settings?
I have come across settings in Outlook to block links but my higher ups want it set at the Exchange level so a user could not change it.
Any info would be helpful
