Blue Screen Error Messages

I am having problems with the blue screen of death. At least for now I am able to run in safe mode.

When the screen comes up I have received the following seperate error messages:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGES_AREA

I have tried uninstalling recently added programs, using system restore and defragging the hard drive, but to no avail. I also intermititently have no signal to my monitor, when booting up.

I am running a 4year old rig and I know its time to upgrade, but was hopping to wait til windows vista came out. Thanks for the help!

Update ALL your drivers and do ALL Windows updates offered to you. If the problem continues:
See my .sig for details - run mpsreports, send me the resulting .cab file and the minidumps found in c:\windows\minidumps, and I'll take a look at it.

What is SSI.sys? Your ntbtlog.txt has this in there, and it's probably responsible for one of your dumps, but I don't see what it is in the driverlist. Can you find this file on your machine? Looks like Spysweeper. For the time being, uninstall it.

Remove MusicMatch Jukebox. It has filter drivers that are constantly running, and your MMJB version is ancient.
Remove Roxio CDRW Helper (ie everything with Roxio in it) - it's ancient, 5.x stuff.
Remove Sonic Solutions' CDROM device drivers. Another filter driver, this one's newer - late 2005.

If I had to guess I'd say your McAfee scanner isn't working:
5/7/2006 10:20:12 PM 1 0 5022 McLogEvent NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM ABSAMD2000PLUS MCSCAN32 Engine Initialisation failed. Engine returned error : The DAT files failed or are missing.
....so I suggest uninstalling it and getting another (different) scanner.

Let us know what happens.

Oh - and by uninstall, I mean uninstall - rip out every component of every product related to the above.

Well in the end things got progressively worse. Figured out my motherboard is done for. Luckily i have my laptop as a backup. Guess its time to put together a new one. Thanks for the help!!
