How do the two compare off road though?
Sounds more important with a SUV than how fast they go around a track.
Depends what your looking for, my bet is the unibody car based SUV's suck off road.

The SRT is beter on the track than a Cayenne.

Yeah the 4.8 carries 350hp - the specs on the M should be somewhere in the 550-600hp range... twin turbo V8... which is already above the Turbo S. These things were neck and neck (before the ///M came into existence) in the Fifth Gear review (despite the snide remarks ).
