You can make a bootable dvd in many burning apps easily, I have used Nero. You also have to make some other files to copy onto it. You will need a batch file entry in the autoexec.bat file that will display the prompt choices on the screen and you will need a series of batch files for each option that will be named after the option numbering/lettering system (i.e. a.bat, b.bat, or 1.bat, 2.bat, etc.). These batch files will contain the path\ filename of the file that will execute the desired app, plus any switches/parameters you wish to activate on launch. An instruction line after the choices should instruct the operator to push the appropriate letter/number for their choice of app, followed by hitting the "enter" key. This will then launch the chosen app. There is much more you can do as well, such as display color on the menu screen, have the menu screen return after closing the app, etc.. You need to read up on batch files.
You will also have to copy the apps onto the disc. If the apps require more files than the executable, you will want to create a directory structure as well.
