I believe that Borders does discount some of their DVDs 25% off of list price. The World Film series on MGM and the Zatoichi series on HV Entertainment have a $20 list price; Borders has them marked at $15. So a 20% off coupon makes these DVDs only $12, or 40% off of list price.
I also use Borders cash back from Discover Card, which represents another 25% discount for me.
