bought a new computer-need help

I Purchased a new system-P3-800EB 133FC-PGA and it came with a Superpower Motherboard.I thought I was getting an ASUS CUSL2-C M/B .
The only info I could find on this M/B came from a review made in Sept,1999.The website for Superpower is apparently defunct. But here are the M/B specs I found:

________________________________________________________________The place I purchased this computer from told me this was as good a setup as would have been if I had gotten the ASUS CUSL2-C M/B but I saved $70 with this board.
I know little about computers but it seems to me this is not accurate.
Looking at those specs it appears that: 1.they had to use a converter card to use the P3-800 and the specs say board is capable of supporting a P3 to 533mhz. So how is this going tu run a 800mhz CPU unless its just "overclocked"?. Please help me understand. Is this a perfectly acceptable configuration or am I being screwed over by this outfit?.Many thanks.

Ugh....$70 less for the other board over the CUSL2-C??? How much does that make this board worth? $40? That's not a quality motherboard, nor is it anywhere NEAR as good as the CUSL2-C.

That motherboard is based on the 693 Apollo Pro 133 chipset...it's AGP2X only, and it's performance is truly mediocre compared to the 694 Apollo Pro 133A chipset that most people use, let alone the 440BX or the i815E chipset.

To me, this configuration is NOT acceptable.

What jive! Take it back and tell 'em you want what you ordered. There's absolutely no way that "superpower" mobo is equivalent to ANY Asus board. Not even close. AndyHui is correct. I would say that $70 extra would be WELL spent.

BTW - You're system is not overclocked. Just because the docs say it only goes to 533MHz, that's not necessarily true. That's probably the fastest cpu around when it was written. Plus, the conversion to english of a lot of these manuals IS SUCK.
