Anybody got any issues with Dell.com?
I order a new computer from them a week before Christmas... got it four days after Christmas... after hauling that thing up two flights of stairs and opening the box, i realize that they ship me the wrong stuff... I ordered 1.5 Ghz, they gave me 1.4 Ghz (ok, i should have read the packing slip, but i was way too excited when it finally arrived, can you blame me?)
Then, they miss the promotional printer...
then, the harddrive is smaller...
then, the load all these junk program... that i had to delete...
then, its email only customer service...
Next time, the local computer dealer is where i go back to... at least i can drive there to yell at them...
