Brutuskend call out thread

While reading the expensive bicycle thread and one of the arguments (as always in any thread), the mention of working in a bicycle store was brought up and it jogged my memory of Brutuskend.

His jokes weren't always the best, but he was always helpful and had a "jolly" feeling about him. At least to me.

Last I remember, he got a new dog and was starting to reconcile with his daughter. I checked his profile and his last visit was April of 2008 and it was for a joke thread. Anyone know how he is doing?

Surely it did. But it was just as hostile as it is today, but in a more sensible, mature way...if that makes any sense. Different ideas were first espoused, THEN hammered into oblivion...as opposed to today where if it's no Twitterable then it must suck...or some other new thing like that there...

He is a good guy but I think he was a little conservative and closed minded about some things and some of the people here kind of got under his skin a bit.

I like the guy though and hope he is doing well.
