BSOD need help

every so often i get the BSOD with this message Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal microsofts says there is a problem with win2k and that the SP@ fixed it but it didnt the error doesnt point to a driver or file anyone know how to fix this

amd 1.4
win2k SP2
geforce3
netgear nic
no other hardware installed
