So far, everything seems to be going fine, except for this one thing. Connecting the front panel connector for the Power Button doesn't seem to be working correctly. I have an OCZ 520 Powerstream, DFI NF3 LPUT 250gb mobo, and a CoolerMaster WaveMaster case. I think what's going on is the POWER SW connector for the Wavemaster is only 2 pins, while the Mobo manual seems to indicate that there's 3 pins relative to the Power Button connector, admittedly, it could be this way on all PCs, I don't know. I've tried both possible combinations (Pin 2 and 4, and Pin 4 and 6) without luck. However, the "Power On" switch built into the motherboard powers up the system fine. Any ideas? Or any more information that might help identify this problem?

Well, that was easy enough. It works on Pins 8 and 10. Suppose that's somewhat my fault, manual says pins 2-4-6 are intended for a Power LED, which the wavemaster doesn't have.

Three pin connector is Power LED (the little power light on the front panel). ATX power switch is ALWAYS two pins - often right next to the Reset connector pins (also a two-pin connection). For some reason, they don't call the Power Switch (as the real Power Switch, if there is one, will be on the back of the PSU... Often it is called "Remote Power", "Soft Power" or similar. I checked and yours is marked ATX_SW - the two pins right next to the 3 Pwr LED pins.
