Building first system Please help!!!

I'm going crazy trying to decide what to get. I dont want to build another one for at least a year and cant decide between the KT266a or the new SiS745 DDR333 here.

I have a feeling that most SiS 745 boards are going to be as lackluster as SiS 735 boards are. Do yourself, go with the VIA KT266A, and then upgrade to a DDR333 Solution when there are processors that natively support the FSB.
